PROCEDURE Paintings are done from photographs,
either the client's or taken by the artist. Providing a copy and not the original photograph is suggested. The artist shall not be held responsible if the original is accidentally damaged, lost or stolen. Keep in mind that the quality of the final portrait will be related to the quality of the reference material for the artist draws what he sees. However, high quality and clear posthumous portraits can be done, by entirely restoring old photos, upon request (additional fees apply). After a first consultation on how the subject is to be portrayed, compositional sketches (free of charge and remaining the property of the artist) will be proposed for approval and the project will begin upon final agreement between both parties. A 25% non refundable deposit is required prior to begin project. An additional 25% deposit is to be made in the middle of the process. Pictures of the work in progress will be emailed to the client for feedback, until completion of the commission. The total balance is due once the client is satisfied with the portrait. The artist will retain ownership of the painting until paid in full. For half or full length figure portraits on different size price will vary accordingly. There is a 25% discount per additional figure and 50% discount per pet in a painting.
